Privateer Bikes 2023 Riders

The Privateer Bikes crew is fuelled with the passion of two wheels, and each new season brings a rush of excitement and anticipation. With new places to shred, fresh faces to meet and trails to conquer, but the real highlight of each year is announcing our athlete line-up.

This year we're proud to welcome back riders from 2022 and also announce a fresh face to the Privateer family!

Katy Curd and her Privateer 141 Öhlins

Katy Curd

Kicking off our 2023 squad is Katy Curd! Our all-star riding coach and enduro shredder is back and more pumped than ever! This year Katy will continue her passion for coaching while also running her new development race program. Expect new video content from Katy this year too, so make sure you're subscribed to our YouTube channel.

Fergus Ryan

Ferg is also back and ready to rumble after a brief setback last year. He's been working tirelessly to get race-ready for the start of the Enduro World Series in New Zealand and he's gunning for a complete EDR season. Ferg also plans to compete in other select gravity races throughout the year.

Joe Connell and his Privateer 141 Öhlins

Joe Connell

We're thrilled to welcome Joe Connell to the Privateer family. This Enduro shredder is a force to be reckoned with and with plans to dominate select Scottish and Welsh National Enduro races and most of the EDR season, we should have plenty to shout about!

Kerry Wilson

2x Scottish Downhill Champ Kerry Wilson will be thrashing the trails in Scotland this season on her Privateer 161. Kerry doesn’t plan on racing the Scottish Downhill this season, instead wants to enjoy riding party laps with friends, hitting some of the Welsh bike parks too.

Liam Saint and his Privateer 161

Liam Saint

Our Morzine shredder Liam is living the life with his family out in the French Alps. Liam will be throwing our Privateer 161 around the bike park this season, if you cant find him there, he will most definitely be playing in the pleney steeps.

The Privateer crew will be out and about all year, so if you see any of us on the trail, come over and say 'Hi'!
